Step 2: Go-To-Start and type “Outlook.exe /resetnavpane” or copy paste it along with the spaces. If the issue still persists, then try the following alternate command: Step 3: Go-to-Start and type or copy paste “Outlook /cleanviews” Alternatively, you can type or copy paste the commands in the run Window. Hold the Windows Key and Press R. Type the commands mentioned above to resolve the issue. Steps to Reset Navigation Pane from the Outlook user interface menu If you want to reset the navigation pane, click on View>Reset View as given in the following screenshot.
