It is not inferior to talk; however, the MSI, Max XII Extreme, and Gigabyte boards come with enhanced VRM specs. Also, the point to consider is the dual 8-pin power vs. the 8+4 pin of the Hero. A tiny cooling fan is included that can be installed if you wish to drive the board hard.
Asus gains the upper hand when the matter comes to the BIOS features. But it can be breathtaking for beginners. Asus lets you tweak several settings without any hassles.
