In this post, I am going to talk about how to prevent “only secure content is displayed’ in IE. Note: If you buy something from our links, we might earn a commission. See our disclosure statement. In order to prevent this message from appearing, follow any one of the following two methods to eliminate this message: Method 1 Add and ensure that the URL of the webpage is included in your Trusted sites list. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab. Highlight Trusted Sites and click on the Sites button. Enter the Webpage URL and click the Add button, then the Close button. With Trusted Sites selected, click on the Customer Level button, scroll down to the Miscellaneous section, and in the option titled “Display mixed content” choose the Enable option. Click OK, then OK again Method 2 Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab. Highlight Internet and click on the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section – in the option titled “Display Mixed Content” choose the Enable option (see below). Click OK, then OK again. It is always advisable to do the following steps if things are not getting resolved: Clear your IE cookies/history and try to open the webpage to check if the frequent crashes are persisted. Check and test on remote desktop where the webpage is opening without add-ons but crashes are persisted. Try uninstalling and reinstalling IE and try. If still issue comes again, Put the IE on compatibility (pressing F12 key) mode and check. I hope that solves the issues with displaying secured content.
