Coolpad Note 3 Lite is an entry-level phone with a decent specification for the price. See my previous post for the phone specifications. So how does it perform and stand against the competitors?
CPUZ detects this as a MediaTek Quad Core chipset found on a majority of the devices in this price range.
Geekbench 3 received a score of 1812 which is on par with low-end devices or high-end devices released in 2013.
On the Vellamo mobile benchmark, its performance is on par with an Asus Zenphone 2 or an LG Nexus 5 running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
On the Quadrant Standard Edition benchmark, it received a score of 12364. This, we think is quite a decent performance, keeping in mind that a few years ago, you had to pay 500$ plus for this kind of performance.
Battery Benchmarks:
The battery is only 2500 mah, which is not huge by today’s standards, but we usually get a 2000 mah battery in this category. The charge time is unusually high, with a full charge time of 2.5 hours using a high-speed 2A charger.
The Disk Performance is where it performed the most in this price range. 161 MB/s read and 41 MB/s write speed is HDD class speed from a decade ago.
Overall, the Phone performance is above average, considering the price range. I give big thumps up and recommend you to go for it.
